A down payment of 30% is payable upon booking -to be paid within 3 days of booking, the balance payable on arrival on the resort. The down payment or the full price can be paid by bank transfer to our bank account in Indonesia.
Payment at the resort is preferable in IDR. However, we can accept payment in US$ and Euro at the island exchange rate. Please be advised, though, that this rate is less favourable than that offered by banks on the mainland. For payments in US$, we only accept new notes (2003 onward). All notes have to be clean, without stamp, ink, scratch – otherwise they won’t be accepted by Indonesian banks. This is a requirement set by the banks in Indonesia.
